I am not a charity rep but want to organise one of these events for a group of friends, can I do that?

Yes, certainly – drop us an email and we will be in touch to discuss your requirements

We are not sure how many people we will get, can we still put a date for an event in the diary?

Yes, we realise that organising an event of this kind can be stressful so we try to take away some of that stress. We operate a “30 day rule” – you will not incur any costs up to 30 days before your event. Less than 30 days before your event and fees will be incurred.

I have an idea for an event and I don’t see it listed here, what should I do?

Contact us and we can discuss your idea. We love to hear ideas and can use our experience to chat through whether we think it will work or not.

Do you provide risk management policies, insurance and staff qualifications if requested?

No problem at all. All of these documents can be made available to your group.
